PSSR Inspection: Applicable to specific machines only
All Service Contracts are subject to a satisfactory pre-contract inspection.
Where the customer elects not to proceed following the inspection; or BW determines that the equipment is unsuitable for coverage, BW reserves the right to charge a pre-contract inspection fee of £185.00 plus VAT.
BW reserves the right to refuse, decline or terminate Service Contract coverage where Equipment is considered unsuitable, uneconomical to maintain, unsafe, modified from manufacturer specifications, or otherwise outside the scope of support offered by BW.
